  • 4 powerful 90 minute EFT sessions

  • I will personalize my approach to you and guide you gently, keeping you safe at all times.
  • You will walk away feeling more empowered.
  • You’ll also learn how to use EFT on yourself to calm your nervous system and regulate your emotions.

Package price: 368 euros

If you’re not sure about EFT and want to dip your toe in it, you can have one trial EFT session for 98 euros before you commit to a package.

Depending on the emotional layers and the depth of the issue you’re wanting to release, it might be the case that more sessions would be helpful after the first package. We will explore this together, you can always add another package or one-off sessions. But even if it’s not released within these first four sessions, you will definitely feel noticeable shifts.
