This Privacy Policy explains how I handle personal information when you visit my website, contact me, book a session, join a Priority List, or otherwise interact with Empowering Vibes.

What personal information I collect

Depending on how you interact with me and my website, I may collect the following personal information:

Contact information
When you contact me by email or through a contact form, I may collect your name, email address, subject and the content of your message or other correspondence.

Booking information
When you book a session or call, I may collect your name, email address, phone number and information relevant to your booking. Depending on the type of booking, you may also be asked to share why you are interested in a session or what you would like support with.

Please only share information that is relevant to your request. If you choose to share sensitive or personal information in a free-text field, I will handle it with appropriate care.

Priority Lists
From time to time, you may have the opportunity to join a Priority List for a product, program or other offering from Empowering Vibes. If you join a Priority List, I collect your name and email address and use these details to keep you informed about the relevant offering, including its availability and, where applicable, early access or early-bird opportunities.

Where relevant, you may also be asked to indicate which version, language or option you are interested in. This information is used to send you information that is relevant to your indicated interest.

Joining a Priority List does not automatically subscribe you to my general news and inspiration emails. If you would also like to receive these emails, you can choose to give separate, voluntary consent for this when signing up.

News and inspiration emails
If you choose to subscribe to my general news and inspiration emails, I collect your name and email address so that I can send you these communications.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the emails.

Technical information
When you visit my website, certain technical information may be processed, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and other technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the website.

Why I use your information

Priority Lists

From time to time, Empowering Vibes may offer Priority Lists for products, programs or other offerings.

When you join a Priority List, your name and email address are used to keep you informed about the relevant offering. Where applicable, this may include information about availability, early access or early-bird opportunities.

Where relevant, you may also indicate a preference such as a language, version or other option. This helps me send information that is relevant to your indicated interest.

Joining a Priority List does not automatically subscribe you to general news and inspiration emails. Any subscription to those emails is a separate and voluntary choice.

You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

Email communications and MailerLite

I use MailerLite to manage email subscribers and send email communications.

When you subscribe to an email list or Priority List, the personal information you provide is processed through MailerLite on my behalf. MailerLite acts as a data processor for this information.

MailerLite uses technical and organisational measures to protect personal information and may use subprocessors as part of providing its services.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. You can withdraw your consent for marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link.

Website forms and spam protection

My website uses WordPress and Contact Form 7 for certain contact forms. Information submitted through these forms is sent to me by email so that I can respond to your message.

I also use Google reCAPTCHA as a security and spam-prevention measure on relevant forms. When reCAPTCHA is used, Google may process technical information about your browser, device and interaction with the website in order to assess whether activity is legitimate and to protect the forms from abuse.

Google’s own privacy information applies to its processing of this information.

YouTube

Some pages on my website may contain embedded YouTube videos.

I use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode where this is available. YouTube may still process certain technical information when you interact with or play an embedded video.

YouTube is operated by Google, and Google’s own privacy information applies to its processing of personal information through its services.

Bookings through TidyCal

I use TidyCal to arrange certain sessions and calls.

When you make a booking through TidyCal, TidyCal may process information such as your name, email address, phone number and any information you provide in booking questions.

This information is used to arrange and manage your booking and to communicate with you about it.

Please only provide information that is relevant to your booking or request.

TidyCal processes personal information according to its own privacy policy and data protection terms.

Hosting and WordPress

My website is hosted by Stip Hosting and uses WordPress.

As part of operating and securing the website, technical information such as IP addresses, server logs and other technical information may be processed by the hosting provider.

This processing is necessary for the operation, security and maintenance of the website.

Who I share your information with

I may share personal information with trusted service providers where this is necessary to operate my website and provide my services.

Depending on how you interact with Empowering Vibes, these may include:

• Stip Hosting, for website hosting and related technical services;
• MailerLite, for managing email subscribers and sending emails;
• TidyCal, for managing bookings;
• Google, in connection with services such as reCAPTCHA and embedded YouTube content;
• other technical service providers where this is necessary to operate, secure or maintain the website.

These providers only receive information that is relevant to the services they provide, where applicable.

I do not sell your personal information.

International processing

Some service providers I use may process personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are used where required under applicable data protection law. These may include recognised transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep your information

I do not keep personal information for longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless I am legally required or permitted to keep it for longer.

How long information is retained depends on the type of information and why I need it. For example, correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the matter and maintain relevant business records. Information relating to legal, administrative, tax or accounting obligations may need to be retained for longer periods where required by law.

When information is no longer needed, I will delete it or otherwise dispose of it appropriately.

How I protect your information

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before you withdrew your consent.
